Terms of sale

1. Introduction 

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all commercial relations between Foorsa LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, and its clients in the context of private study-abroad consultancy services for students wishing to continue their studies in China. Legal address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Morocco office: Av. Fal Ould Oumeir, Rabat 10090, Morocco. 

2. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale 

By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions of sale. We reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order. 

3. Services offered 

Foorsa LLC offers private consultancy and support services for studies in China, including but not limited to: 

• School and university counseling and guidance 

• Help with registration and application 
• Visa-file guidance and document support 
• On-site reception and integration 

Foorsa LLC is a private education consultancy. We are not a university, embassy, consulate, government agency, or visa-issuing authority. Final admission, scholarship, travel-document, visa, and immigration decisions are made by the relevant universities and authorities.

4. Order and payment terms 

4.1. Order 

Orders are placed directly on the site. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the client. 

4.2. Payment 

Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD. Accepted payment methods may include national and international bank cards supported by Stripe. Foorsa LLC does not store full card numbers or CVC data. 

5. Prices 

The standard application processing fee is $190 USD ($180 USD when applying through an authorized Foorsa sales advisor link). A separate $870 USD service fee applies only after admission. No subscription or recurring charge is created. Foorsa LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be invoiced based on the rates displayed and accepted at the time of order validation. 

6. Cancellation and refund 

6.1. Cancellation 

Any cancellation or refund request must be sent in writing by e-mail to support@foorsa.ma. A full refund is available before application processing starts. Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no university applications have been submitted on your behalf. 

6.2. Refund 

Refunds are made according to the following terms: 

• Before application processing starts: full refund. 
• Within 14 days of payment, if no university applications have been submitted on your behalf: refund available after review. 
• After university applications have been submitted: no refund, except under the Admission Guarantee described in the Refund Policy. 
• Post-admission service fee of $870 USD: non-refundable after admission has been obtained from a university. 

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method where supported by Stripe. 

7. Responsibilities 

Foorsa LLC undertakes to make every effort to provide the ordered services. However, our liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or events beyond our control, including delays, refusals, or decisions by universities, embassies, consulates, government agencies, visa authorities, immigration authorities, or other third parties. 

8. Protection of personal data 

We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the information provided by the client. The personal data collected is used exclusively for processing orders and communicating with the client. In accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose data concerning you. 

9. Disputes and applicable law 

These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, all disputes arising from this agreement or related to it will be definitively settled by mediation and arbitration, in accordance with the regulations of the International Mediation and Arbitration Court of Rabat (IRCMAR), by a sole arbitrator.
