At Foorsa, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no university applications have been submitted on your behalf.
- A full refund is guaranteed before any application processing begins.
- Once application processing has started, refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Admission Guarantee
Foorsa stands behind the quality of our services with our Admission Guarantee:
- If Foorsa fails to secure university admission for your application, you are entitled to a full refund of the application fee ($279 or $349 USD, depending on the package selected).
- This guarantee applies only after you have completed all required documents and followed Foorsa's guidance throughout the application process.
- The guarantee does not apply if the applicant fails to provide accurate information, submit required documents on time, or follow the guidance provided by Foorsa.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@foorsa.ma with your refund request.
- Include the following information in your request:
- Full name
- Email address used for registration
- Payment date
- Reason for refund request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Service fee ($900 minimum) after pre-admission has been obtained from a university.
- Document translation fees for translations that have already been completed.
- Applications that have already been submitted to universities.
- Any third-party fees paid on your behalf (such as university application fees, courier services, etc.).
5. Subscription Cancellations
Not applicable. Foorsa offers one-time services, not subscription-based services. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees to cancel.
6. Chargebacks
We kindly request that you contact us at support@foorsa.ma before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolving your concern and could affect your ability to use our services in the future.
