Welcome to www.foorsa.ma. By accessing this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site. These terms of service define the rules and regulations for using our site and services.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using this site, you unconditionally accept these terms of service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes.

2. Services offered

Foorsa LLC provides private study-abroad consultancy services for students seeking to pursue their studies in China. These services include, but are not limited to, academic counseling, application assistance, document guidance, visa-file support, and on-site reception coordination.

Foorsa LLC is a private education consultancy. We are not a university, embassy, consulate, government agency, or visa-issuing authority. Final admission, scholarship, travel-document, visa, and immigration decisions are made by the relevant universities and authorities.

3. Use of the site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms of service. You agree not to use this site to:

  • Upload, display, or transmit any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks or disrupt our services.

4. Orders and payments

Orders for our services can be placed directly on our website. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe in USD. Foorsa LLC does not store full card numbers or CVC data. The standard application processing fee is $190 USD ($180 USD when applying through an authorized Foorsa sales advisor link). A separate $870 USD service fee applies only after admission according to the Terms of Sale. No subscription or recurring charge is created.

5. Privacy and data protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Cancellation and refund

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In summary, a full refund is available before application processing starts, and refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no university applications have been submitted on your behalf. Once university applications have been submitted, the application fee is non-refundable except under the Admission Guarantee described in the Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

Foorsa LLC undertakes to provide its services with diligence and competence. However, we cannot be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or the inability to use our services.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Foorsa LLC or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of this content without the prior written permission of Foorsa LLC.

9. Links to third party sites

This site may contain links to third party sites. Foorsa LLC assumes no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of these sites.

10. Applicable law

These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with Moroccan law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal recourse. In the absence of an amicable agreement, all disputes will be definitively settled by mediation and arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the International Court of Mediation and Arbitration of Rabat (IRCMAR).
