Refund Policy

At Foorsa LLC, we are committed to providing excellent service and ensuring transparent refund terms. Foorsa LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company. Legal address: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of payment if no university applications have been submitted on your behalf.
  • A full refund is guaranteed before any application processing begins.
  • Once university applications have been submitted on your behalf, the application fee is non-refundable except under the Admission Guarantee below.

2. Admission Guarantee

Foorsa LLC stands behind the quality of our services with our Admission Guarantee:

  • If Foorsa LLC fails to secure university admission for your application, you are entitled to a full refund of the application fee paid ($190 USD standard, or $180 USD if you applied through an authorized Foorsa sales advisor link).
  • This guarantee applies only after you have completed all required documents and followed Foorsa LLC's guidance throughout the application process.
  • The guarantee does not apply if the applicant fails to provide accurate information, submit required documents on time, or follow the guidance provided by Foorsa LLC.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our support team at support@foorsa.ma with your refund request.
  • Include the following information in your request:
    • Full name
    • Email address used for registration
    • Payment date
    • Reason for refund request
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method where supported by Stripe.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Service fee ($870 USD) after admission has been obtained from a university.
  • Document translation fees for translations that have already been completed.
  • Applications that have already been submitted to universities.
  • Any third-party fees paid on your behalf (such as university application fees, courier services, etc.).

5. Subscription Cancellations

Not applicable. Foorsa LLC offers one-time services, not subscription-based services. There are no recurring charges or subscription fees to cancel.

6. Chargebacks

We kindly request that you contact us at support@foorsa.ma before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays in resolving your concern and could affect your ability to use our services in the future.
