This is one of 9 fully funded awards among the 12 Foorsa tracks. The monthly stipend starts at $400, the 3rd highest of the twelve. It is accepted at 200 universities, the 2nd widest reach on the list. Open at Bachelor's, Master's and PhD. Programmes are available in English, as they are for 10 of the 12. Competition is real: this is one of three where a strong file matters most.
