Terms of sale
1. Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all commercial relations between ‘Foorsa Consulting’ and its ‘clients’ in the context of support and guidance services for students wishing to continue their studies in China.
2. Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions of sale. We reserve the right to modify these GTC at any time. The applicable GTC are those in effect on the date of the order.
3. Services offered
The firm offers support services for studies in China, including but not limited to:
- School and university counseling and guidance
- Help with registration and application
- Assistance in obtaining a visa
- On-site reception and integration
4. Order and payment terms
4.1. Order
Orders are placed directly on the site. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse any order in case of an existing dispute with the client.
4.2. Payment
Payment for services is made online via the CMI (Interbank Electronic Payment Center) platform. Accepted payment methods are national and international bank cards. The transaction is secured by the CMI platform.
5. Prices
Service prices are indicated in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The firm reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but services will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.
6. Cancellation and refund
6.1. Cancellation
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing (e-mail) no later than 24 hours after your registration, before proceeding with the service. In case of late cancellation, fees may be applied.
6.2. Refund
Refunds are made according to the following terms:
- Cancellation before the start of the service (not to exceed 24 hours): full refund.
- Cancellation exceeding 10 days: no refund.
Note: Refunds will be made within 30 days or less after receiving and reviewing the request, and will be made by bank transfer or check.
7. Responsibilities
Foorsa undertakes to make every effort to provide the ordered services. However, our liability cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or events beyond our control, including delays or refusals in obtaining a visa.
8. Protection of personal data
We are committed to respecting the confidentiality of the information provided by the client. The personal data collected is used exclusively for processing orders and communicating with the client. In accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, and oppose data concerning you.
9. Disputes and applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law. In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, all disputes arising from this agreement or related to it will be definitively settled by mediation and arbitration, in accordance with the regulations of the International Mediation and Arbitration Court of Rabat (IRCMAR), by a sole arbitrator.
